Liked: The room was clean, newly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, safe area, extremely friendly & kind staff. I asked if they had laundry but bc of the hotel being renovated they didn't. However the next day the woman at the desk made sure to tell me that the washer/dryer was delivered & I was able to use it whenever I needed it. She even remembered my name. Lots of renovations happening throughout our stay but they kept it clean. The noise was during the day when we were awake & weren't bothered by it.
Disliked: The pool & gym were closed bc they are renovating the property. I was notified before we arrived. With taxes and fees for 2 nights it was $247. I thought it was a little high but everything is in this economy right now. Still not as expensive as most.

Very disappointed in holiday inn...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: We knew it was under construction, but our air conditioning didn’t work at all and it was 76 degrees in there. The people across the hallway were smoking marijuana, which we could smell all night. We reserved the room with three adults and two children and didn’t have enough towels for everyone. We were under a tornado warning until after 10pm so trying to get anything called attention to was out of the question.

Liked: No one let me know that the facility was being remodeled. Construction dust, tile floors not finished. The staff was very professional considering you have them working in a hard hat zone.
Disliked: Finish the construction work.

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast. We had to be at an appointment before it was served in a meeting room due to construction/ remodeling. We did like the room that we finally got into on first floor.
Disliked: The remodeling they were doing ended up being more than we expected. Our room was on 3rd floor and the elevator would not work so we were told we could take the stairs. My husband was having knee surgery the next morning, so that was not possible. And coming into the entrance of the hotel, I tripped on a missing tile where they were laying a new walkway. I twisted my knee that I already had surgery on and was in much pain.
