Disliked: Breakfast was the thing we liked the least. Only Few food rotating options. The pancake machine is broken every time we stay there. Bad fruit there was one orange and a few shriveled apples.

Exceptional

Liked: We were there for NMU's graduation. We were expecting chaos but we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and care the hotel put forth to the graduating class and families.

Disliked: Hot tub wasn’t open. People running around above our room all night. Noisy, and overpriced.
