Liked: We have stayed at this location before. The beds are very comfy. The breakfast needs a lot of work. The eating area this time was not clean. The check in staff at night was not helpful at all. We checked in around 9 pm after a long drive got a meal before heading to the hotel. We checked in got to our room and it smelt like dirty shoes we asked too be moved and the lady at the front desk was no help couldn’t reach her boss andUs sorry she was very unprofessional and looked like she needed a bath, her hair was untidy and her clothing was dirty. Very disappointed because the first time we stayed there we raves about it. The parking lot was littered and there was an old Jeep that never moved and looked like someone lived in it. We will try different locations next time. The morning gal has always been very friendly.
Disliked: The entire stay was unpleasant. Will be looking for more options.

Family vacation

Liked: The stay was amazing, I grew up here and this is where I've been staying the last few times I've come to visit. It has a good centralized location to everything. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. I got in a day earlier than I had booked for and the lady at the desk that evening was very kind and got everything situated for us to check in and get up to our room to relax. I mainly interacted with the afternoon, evening, and night desk clerks but all of the employees were friendly and would greet you when they saw you. My kids really loved the pool, most of the time they had it to themselves. We were there for 6 nights and didn't want housekeeping coming in and out while we were there, so they didn't, but they were great at picking up our dirty towels, trash etc.
Disliked: My only complaint is that I wish there was better/more parking. While we were staying there were also a lot of construction workers, steel workers something, and they had all of their work vehicles, anything from basic work trucks to dump trucks to flat bed semis with steel beams on them. With the way the parking lot is, it was hard for them to park all of their stuff. When they got their vehicles situated at night it made it very hard for people to get out through the exit, the easiest thing to do was to exit through the entrance. Obviously this isn't anyone's fault, they have to work and to have all of that stuff and they have the right to have it there. This location could benefit from more parking, though I dont know if it's possible to do with their location.

Disliked: I chose the facility because the ratings were high for cleanliness. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. The bathroom was dirty and there was mold in the bathtub. Housekeeping didn't come by at all during my two day stay so the trash was overflowing. I had to request more towels because I was only given two for the two day stay. The hairdryer was broken beyond use.
