Disabled accessible challenges

Liked: Very clean, quiet
Disliked: Door for disabled room was heavy and difficult to manage with wheelchair. Bathroom door was good for disabled but the barn door style didn't provide enough privacy. Only one working shade for window. Coffee maker wasn't working.

Liked: I had an event and used iron board etc. at the end of the day, coming exhausted from my event I found the room was not cleaned. I had to start putting the room together being so tired from my event. When I reached out to front desk she said sorry we were short staffed. This is not acceptable. I own a short rental property. I never stop cleaning my rental even when I’m short staffed. Asked for a discount which the lady said she was not able to offer. So disappointing. I’ve bee member for more than a decade. Each time the Holiday inn express service has declined little by little. It seems like customer service is irrelevant to holiday inn express by now.

Disliked: Felt somewhat harassed for using Booking.com to reserve my room. Rooms weren’t cleaned at all during our stay. Not sure why.
