A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

Liked: The sheets had pubic hair and grit on them when we pulled back the quilt. It was disgusting! The hotel staff refused to change the sheets or move us to another room. No manager was contacted as we requested. What a dump!
Disliked: After we left to go yo a different hotel, one of the staff sent me an an obscene text message.
