Liked: No reciprocity with other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. I was mistakenly booked here instead of the W LA one. The good news is - only charged 1 night instead of 3 ($---). Bad news I was exhausted & with my 91 year old mother. We found a better hotel.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Lost power, hard to reach staff by phone in room

Liked: It's clean, good breakfast and good location.
Disliked: I couldn't find a laundry self service at the hotel.

Liked: The staff was great, very helpful and willing to help with my last minute changes
Disliked: The location of the hotel was not the best. Has nothing to do with the chain or the staff but the surrounding areas were just not where I wanted to stay.

Liked: Security of the elevator and parking structure
Disliked: Location

Disliked: We had stayed 2 days. When we stayed the first day, we could smell aroma and few urine(not sure)in the room. At that time, we were not care about it. However, we were pretty sure it was urine smell on the second day. We were felt bad.

Liked: The location was perfect and near my sons house and had a parking garage attached. Security and the included breakfast was perfect!
Disliked: Didnt realize what a terribly scary part of town my son lives on! There are homeless people everywhere! Even stating fires to keep themselves warm right outside the parking garage.

Liked: The security was great. Also, you are the first hotel that has lighted plugs in the restroom. Thank you.
Disliked: The hotel was great. The location is in a bad part of town.
