Check in was bumpy, but...

Liked: The young man working the breakfast was extremely cordial and helpful. The morning front desk gentleman was also very friendly and helpful. They are an asset to the company. I should have made a note of their names so I could give them a more specific complement.
Disliked: We had reserved an accessible room for my elderly mother as she has a hard time entering and exiting a bath tub and needed a walk in shower. There was some confusion at check in and we had to switch around rooms a couple times until the correct room was located.

Disliked: When the temperature dropped it was hard to work thermostat… desk clerk came up and he couldn’t get the heat to work either. Also bed wasn’t comfortable
