This last stay will probably...

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel 4 times, twice this summer and twice in 2022, when the hotel was brand new. We continued to book here because the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. On the first stay of 2025, the front desk clerk greeted us kindly and noted that we are repeat bookers. She put us in a corner room with two big windows. We were very pleased. Oh and this time, the sheets felt heavenly, like cool sateen—delightful in the hot summer.
Disliked: On this stay, we were greeted by a friendly desk clerk, but he did not know we were repeat bookers and we were given a room with several irritations: the bathroom sink’s faucet felt and sounded like it was going snap off every time we used it, the usb outlets at the bedside table did not work, the bags in the trashcans weren’t first shaken out so that every time we put something in them, those things sat at the top of the cans—difficult when trying to get rid of a bowl of soup.

Wasn’t as close to the...

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Could NOT find the front door. The main entrance is off of a HWY and ALL of the parking is “behind” the building. That is the entrance for those who already have their key. Everyone I spoke with agreed it was extremely awkward. I asked about dining locations and told what we like. Was given a printout of generic places. We found THE BEST taco restaurant literally on the same block. (Camp Taco) That should be their go-to when people stay there.

This is our second stay...

Liked: The bed is comfortable (I prefer a soft mattress) and the room clean. The location is walking distance to Lost Forty Brewing and its ancillary, Camp Taco.
Disliked: The breakfast is mediocre. The French toast this morning was tough and cold and the pancake machine wasn’t working.
