Excellent staff, extremely clean, quiet.

Liked: I thought the breakfast choices were great. I enjoyed breakfast both mornings of my stay. I also liked having the coffee machines available in the lobby. Staff were very helpful, giving me some utensils when my delivery meal came without them.
Disliked: During my stay one of the elevators was not working.

Disgusting treatment and will falsely...

Disliked: The room itself was clean and stocked, and the breakfast was okay nothing special, but acceptable. However, my experience with the front desk completely ruined my stay. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. I was given two room keys earlier in my stay without being asked for ID, which is a serious security concern. But when I returned to the front desk because my key stopped working, suddenly I was treated like a security risk all because the staff member didn’t recognize me. That’s not protocol; that’s inconsistency. To make it worse, I’ve since received a rude, inaccurate response from management, falsely claiming my boyfriend was in the room and implying I could’ve just knocked. He wasn’t even there he was at work. This type of response from the “owner” shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. This review isn’t about a minor inconvenience it’s about how I was treated as a guest. I came to relax, not to be disrespected, gaslit, or ignored. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we stepped in the door. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Many options to choose from. Everything was hot and fresh. Sausage gravy was a favorite. Convenient location. Close to everything!
Disliked: We have no complaints from our stay.
