Liked: The property was okay. They were busy on the weekend so the guest staying there wasn’t respectful for the property so when my daughter and myself had to leave the hotel there was so much trash and beer cans left outside. But that’s not the staff it’s the guests
Disliked: The first night I had a migraine from the AC unit blowing an awful high pitch squeal and it was LOUD. I didn’t get comped and they were fully booked so they couldn’t move me rooms. So In sake for trying to sleep I had to cut the AC warmer so it didn’t kick on every 5 minutes. it was miserable and my daughter had a softball tournament and did not sleep the first night as well.

Liked: My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lenexa, Overland Park area, was disappointing. While the hotel has some positives, the negatives significantly impacted my overall experience.Positives:The hotel offers 24-hour access to Costa Coffee and decaf machines, which is convenient for coffee lovers.Drinking water stalls are readily available.The presence of ready-to-eat food, drink, and snack kiosks is a plus for quick bites.The hotel environment is generally quiet and calm.
Disliked: Negatives:No On-Site Restaurant: The absence of a restaurant within the hotel is a major drawback. Guests must leave the premises to find food, which is inconvenient, especially during inclement weather or late hours.Location: The hotel's location is somewhat distant from downtown and other happening areas. This makes it less appealing for travelers who want to be close to the city's main attractions and entertainment.In-Room Microwave Inconvenience: While a microwave is provided in the room, there are no utensils or microwave-safe dishes. This severely limits the usefulness of the microwave, as guests are unable to properly heat or prepare food.Lackluster Cleaning Staff: The cleaning staff was not attentive. This resulted in a less-than-ideal level of cleanliness in the room and potentially in common areas.

Liked: The facility was well kept, employees were all delightful and I had no issues during my stay, besides the pancake maker working one day and out of order the next.
Disliked: My son looked forward to the pancakes, the machine was out of order.
