Liked: The location was excellent. Not the type of Holiday Inn Express I am use to staying at.
Disliked: The hotel bathroom, needs repairs, hole in tub and holes on tile inside shower. The cleanliness was just not there. While using the computer in Koby I actually saw roaches around the desk. This is also next to where breakfast is being served.

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean, lovely breakfast.The gentleman at the desk was incredibly helpful friendly.
Disliked: The female attendant at the desk was non verbal and was ALWAYS on her phone and never at the desk. She was obviously putout when we summoned her to check out. What a bad taste that left in our mouth. Why do they keep her on staff when she is disinterested and incompetent? Saw the same thing with her treatment of other guests.
