Pleasant

Liked: Clean bed. Comfy. I liked the room.
Disliked: Breakfast day 1 was awful. Day 2 better. Property was old. Key cards didnt work and needed to be replaced several times

Liked: It’s a very clean property

Noisy and Noisy

Liked: Didn’t go hours were not long enough
Disliked: Noisy. We had a room right next to the back door and the storage room and the laundry room , ice machine. Next time I will not schedule a stay with booking.com. I couldn’t change anything. That’s why the rate was lower. No one else would take it

Awful facilities but the staff...

Liked: I appreciate that the staff was kind and professional.
Disliked: It was unfathomably dirty. I had to request 2 rooms because the showers had black rings in the bottom. I gave up on the third room. The cleaning staff only cleaned based on vibes only because hair left in the shower stayed there the entire time and there was no cleaning done on the sliding glass doors. I had to purchase my own supplies.When I first arrived at the property there was a disturbance that required police presence.In addition, there was often only one staff member available to support the whole property. That is supremely unfair to the staff.
