Disliked: We had multiple room maintenance issues. Facet was broken. Can’t believe they rented room without fixing it. Blind would not work

Liked: Each member of the staff we came into contact with was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The price was higher than any other hotel ( same brand) we have stayed at.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. And it was very close to the event we were attending
Disliked: This has nothing to do with hotel perse but breakfast was busy. Very busy! The flow and facilities, in my opinion, couldn't handle the morning rush. The staff did excellent job keeping food stocked. Needed more seating.

Liked: It was exceptionally clean, the linens are so fresh, every staff member we encountered was very friendly, the breakfast was very good and plentiful and all of their seemed so happy and having a good time!
