Disliked: Broken elevator!!! Was there for 10 days!! Still broken !!Didn’t offer to move us down to first floor room!!Ten nights, only received maid service 3 times…

Dissatisfied to say the least

Liked: The size of the family room was decent.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order and I was traveling with my family of 6 including a 1 year old baby so we had a lot of stuff to haul up. A notification would have been nice. I would have probably stayed somewhere else. I took 2 cold showers and so did my husband. No one's room key worked to unlock the pool area so someone had to go outside around the building and come in the outside (not secured) door without even using their key and let us in. Never 1 clean pool towel in the pool area and the front desk wouldn't give me any room towels even for my baby so we made the very cold walk down to the end of the hallway and back upstairs to our room dripping wet. The shower to rinse off the pool water was also broken and would not turn on. The room itself only had 2 bath towels for a 2 bedroom suite and like I said we were 6 people. We had a family emergency on our last day there, left at 3 without the possibility of even a partial refund for any of the nights. I've stayed at this hotel before and it's my opinion that it is in rough shape now and I wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, clean area and the woman taking care of it was super nice. They had a few games available to play which was great because our grandson stayed a night with us and we had a blast playing Guess Who. My husband and our grandson went swimming. The pool area was clean and the water temp comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. We will be coming to town to see our grandchildren often and we will definitely stay at this location.
Disliked: There was really nothing that disappointed us during our stays.

Liked: I had my 3 grandchildren with me for New Year and the pool was nice and clean for them suite rooms were large enough for them

Liked: Very clean, nice facility, great breakfast. Staff were extremely courteous.
Disliked: Not their fault, but the people across the hall were very rude and constantly keep me awake and yelling and screaming. They had kids that were running up and down the hall.
