Disliked: Our bathroom floors and tub were dirty, sewer smell in the elevators and some halls

Liked: We thought it was just remodeled or brand new! Breakfast was excellent with many choices
Disliked: The water pressure was on the low side but the soft water system was excellent

Stressful and aggravating.

Liked: Property was great we stay here when we come to Kansas City
Disliked: We prepaid before we went but the girl checking us in insisted we didn’t and tried to charge me an additional ungodly amount even though I had receipts and bank statement showing it was paid she still continued to be disrespectful and hateful. I’m not sure that we will come back after this experience.

The experience was reasonable.
