The worst most stressful and...

Liked: It was in a good location. The room was comfortable once we got moved into a room with a working toilet and that didn’t have a horrible noise coming from the air.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms because toilet wasn’t working and air was making horrible noise. Finally moved us after telling us maintenance had fixed the problems only to return to room to see no one had been to the room to fix anything. Then we were harassed all evening, with calls saying there was a noise complaint from the room below us…. We weren’t doing anything. They even came to our door at 11pm and woke us up, all children and adults had been sleeping for several hours, to tell us they were still complaining. We were sleeping! I know another customer making false noise complaints isn’t really the hotels fault but after we talked to them several times I think the knock on the door at 11pm was unnecessary.

I will not stay at...

Liked: The shower water was hot
Disliked: You have to use room key for lights to come on . We paid for king room but the bed looked like a queen our feet hung off the bed …very uncomfortable stay

For the price we paid...

Liked: The room itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast was a joke. All reheated food and not done well…dried out and tasteless. Constant construction…lobby was constantly dirty with construction people in and out. I tried to work from the room during the day and it was extremely loud. Also the bathtub overflow drain in our room was just a plastic pipe sticking out of the bathtub

Disappointing for a Holiday Inn

Liked: I liked the size of the room, the bedding, the layout of the room
Disliked: Currently under construction in the main area, some of the trash bags were not empty in our room when we arrived, and they charged the 100 dollar deposit on the wrong card before they asked.

We stayed here because I...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, probably the best of our entire trip.Even though the hotel was being renovated, it was not disruptive.
Disliked: Our first room had a problem with the HVAC unit, and was making a terrible noise, and we could hear what sounded like construction noise. We got moved from a double queen room, to a king suit, and were charged about double the original price. That HVAC unit also had a minor fan noise, but it was tolerable.

Terrible service, the reception, very...

Liked: Terrible service, the reception, very bad treatment of the customer, you talk to them and they ignore you and the manager is also very despotic, they don't give you the room you need and you ask to cancel and they refuse to do so, they don't want to return your money. The truth is, I don't recommend it at all, avoid it. they stole their money, they stole almost $300 dollars from me for one night

Great location with so-so breakfast...

Liked: Coffee
Disliked: No hot water in shower in 1st assigned room. Had to report it 5 times before room change was offered. Next room had hot water but poor room temperature control.
