Disappointing

Liked: The staff was excellent, the hotel is in need of a major upgrade, everything is dated. We had to change rooms because the first could not accommodate my wife’s disability, they had to change out tv’s twice because they didn’t work, the toilets in both rooms were dirty Overall our stay was very disappointing

Disliked: There were roaches and ants in the rooms. All the furniture in the room needs to be replaced including the beds. The bathrooms had a weird mildew smell. The bathroom towels and wash cloths were stained along with the carpet. The lobby and front desk attendant were fine. However, the pool had algae in it. Overall not even close to a decent stay.
