While the room was large,...

Liked: Large room
Disliked: Incorrect information on the booking details and Mold in the bathrooms and faulty equipment( hair dryer & microwave) staff wanted to pass the problem off as someone else’s.

Clean and friendly

Liked: The staff is always helpful and friendly. My go to place to stay when I'm in Jacksonville.
Disliked: I know it will never happen but it would be nice if you would change up breakfast and not have the same exact breakfast day after day year after year. It's not a big deal when you only stay one night but once I stayed for three or four nights and it's the same exact breakfast everyday.

Liked: It was a quiet night and wonderful beds and breakfast that morning before our cruise. Staff was very friendly and happy.
