Disliked: No hot water. Hair in tub and on bedding. Door would not locked. Room not clean, old tv. Breakfast was cold not hot.

Liked: just a typical breakfast.
Disliked: They were having water issues with the cold weather. Water pressure very low on third floor. Mattress's are getting, or seem well used and not as comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast meal was great!

Liked: Staff were very friendly, room and entertainment areas were very clean.
Disliked: Hot tub was broken and pool was very cold. The room temp was hard to manage with just the window unit. So hot at night since its winter.

Disliked: I made a mistake and booked a room for 11-4 instead of 11-3. The roomed I booked was $129 and the room I got on Friday cost me $169. I could see if it was crowded but there was only about 10 cars in the parking lot. I was ripped off. I will never use your hotel again.

Over all great. Just a few improvements is all.

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: There were tiles that were broke in our bathroom, need replaced. Ran out of hand wash. Our trash wasn't taken out, as we stayed a couple of nights.
