Liked: The rooms need cleaning more and the utilities inside need updating. Carpet smelled as well
Disliked: I always love the staff!! Very sweet people

Liked: Reception staff were very, very nice!! Courteous, great manners. Room was very clean, AC worked fantastic!!
Disliked: Haha, fire alarm activated and stayed on awhile, but staff was apologetic and kind about it.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed did not have a comforter there were no wash cloths in the bathroom

Liked: I liked how close the hotel was to the venue I was attending. The parking lot is really small. The hallways were clean. The air conditioning in the room was cold. The bed was really big.
Disliked: Not the room I asked for. I wanted one with a sofa sleeper. They gave me a room at the end of the hallway with the tiniest bathroom I had ever seen. When I asked about a sofa sleeper room I was told it was basically the same as a room with the sleeper. I was like really? Flies were in the lobby and my room. The floor wasn't vacuumed very well. The one who checked us in discriminated against my wife. She ignored her as she spoke, wouldn't look at her and even gave us only one key card. Had to ask for another one. Then we were pushed out an hour before check out time by the maid because she wanted to clean the room. We were packed and ready to go but were just sitting for a little longer watching tv when maid came knocking and wouldn't go away. So we left.

Good

Disliked: No shampoo or coffee. TV and phone unplugged. Room a little damp.
