Don't waste your money staying...

Liked: Good location, close to downtown
Disliked: Bed was mediocre. Rooms & hallways stink & have a lingering odor like tge carpet needs to be changed. Breakfast was pathetic. Never had biscuits for the gravy bc the kept running out & kitchen staff became lazy & said they weren't fixing anymore (they ran out bc that's the only decent hot food so it went fast but they were beyond slow to replace & eventually stopped bringing out biscuits altogether so useless having gravy with no biscuits). Fake pre-made omelets weren't very good. They ran out of cinnamon rolls but didn't replace them. Mind you breakfast is until 10 am so you should be restocking the food items at 8:30 am. Elevator quit working but it was promptly fixed. They didn't have extra towels to provide most days. Front desk person was polite but no one else was much accommodating. Overall it's an "ok" hotel but very below average & definitely not worth the cost. The same hotel chain is a few miles away off I55 & looks much better. I'd suggest staying there instead. I would NOT stay here again. The only good thing is the King size room is very spacious but the couches are cheap, uncomfortable & I can only imagine how uncomfortable the pull out sofa is bc the couch itself is beyond uncomfortable. There was only 1 small trashcan for the entire room including the bathroom so I had to ask for a 2nd trashcan.

Easy stay, recommended

Liked: Good size room, hot and powerful shower, pool warm, great staff
Disliked: Coffee was pretty strong (I know, personal preference) at breakfast. TV kept freezing.

Effective and efficient.

Liked: I loved my room and the location. Staying in the queen suite, I'm glad that my room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. It was roomy and comfortable. I felt safe staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was pretty reasonable for a Wed. - Sat. stay. I loved the free WiFi and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: My room wasn't cleaned on that Friday like it was the previous day, so when I came back to my room, I had to get new towels. I didn't care about the bed not being cleaned because I know some hotels do not clean the room every day. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping but the phone in the room didn't work. I had to go downstairs to get the towels and informed them about the phone. They gave them to me with no problem and said they would inform maintenance about the phone not working. I was pleased.

Disliked: We didn't get there until 2 o'clock in morning staying until 9:30 in morning staff was arguing and breakfast was cold not a good stay not worth the, money Ineed a refund.Im a kind of person could look the other way but Our pillows smelled and didn't have any towels in room
