Liked: Rooms were Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and area was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The decor was modern, but showing signs of wear.

Great hotel and good value...

Liked: The hotel room was very large, warm, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a nice stay, particularly given I spent so much time there as it rained heavily for most of my 3 day stay! The staff were friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and a wide variety of cold options. Only a 15 minute walk to the excellent Civil Rights museum too. My first time in Jackson and I loved this hotel. Would definitely return.

Liked: Nothing honestly.
Disliked: Our room had a smell and we had a requested a crib. But no crib was provided. We had booked for a family, but there were only towels for one person in the room and we had to request additional towels and comforter and sheets from the downstairs, for our family of four.Which the attendant had to go and grab everything from different rooms.

Disliked: Stuffy feeling and weird smell in room. We checked in at 5:30 and noticed that the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned properly. Spoke with staff who informed us that there was no housekeepers so I had to clean it myself. There was no soap and not enough towels. We requested a room change but the hotel was booked so we checked out early.
