Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indio - Coachella Valley By IHG

When checking-in, the receptionist (Maria) was very overwhelmed. When I asked if the room was on the non-street side of the hotel, she went off on this long chat about how hard it was to change the room arrangements and all the things we should have done. My husband tried to explain the situation but that just triggered another rant from Maria. Not a great way to start our hotel stay!

Disliked: Yes, the receptionist Maria needs major training in "hospitality".

Liked: Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: the air condition, it would run cold, then wake me up because it was hot. could not regulate the temperature. It woke me up several times each night.
