Disappointing

Disliked: I asked about invoice - my request was refused (as explanation - it was charged by booking). so now I cant expense it within company!!!

Liked: The room was nice and spacious. We booked executive suite and was not disappointed in the room size. Lobby was clean, as well as breakfast area.
Disliked: I booked based on hotel having a pool but it was closed for maintenance it said upon arrival. Did not see this on their website or anything so we were very disappointed. Our room, as well as stairways had very noticeable stains on carpet and hallways weren't vacuumed. Bathroom had jetted tub but it did not work. And we could never find staff at the front desk. Took forever to check in because no one was there for a long time. Then checking out, There was no one and I didn't know what to do but we had to leave based on time and there a room key box so used it. Pancake machine had sign not working during breakfast as well.

Disliked: Trim the fur tree over the sidewalk at the main entrance so that you don’t have to duck to walk on the sidewalk.Tighten The bathroom faucet in my room. It was loose.
