Not a good hotel to...

Disliked: Disappointing Stay – Multiple Issues Ignored** Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to several unresolved issues. Firstly, the curtains in our room couldn’t be fully closed, allowing sunlight to stream in early in the morning and disturbing our sleep. Additionally, we encountered a **fly infestation** in our room and immediately reported it to the reception, but no action was taken to address the problem. When we checked out and mentioned it again, the staff dismissed it as "just one fly," which was both unprofessional and frustrating. To make matters worse, the **air conditioning unit was outdated**, extremely noisy, and ineffective during the peak July heat. It ran loudly all night without providing adequate cooling, making it impossible to rest comfortably.

Comfortable stay, great breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! Pancakes bacon cereal yogurt omlettes fruit pastries....delicious. The location of this Holiday Inn was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Bathroom needed an update - sink was cracked and toilet was very small and short with a stained seat. Pool needs to be cleaned and scrubbed.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay but we did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We were not able to control the air conditioner from the wall unit, it only worked from the actual A/C unit.

Liked: The main areas were new and updated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was always hot and delcious.
Disliked: The room I stayed in with a dog was dated, the chair for the desk was broken, the tv stand needed repairs the room was just old/tired.
