Liked: The staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Just exactly what we hoped...

Liked: The operator of your morning breakfast is exceptional. My wife and I misunderstood the hours of the breakfast that was included in our room. When we arrived at the place where the food was served, the doors were locked. A member of your staff, unfortunately, I did not get her name, saw us try to open the door. She came over and told us that the facility had just closed. Then she said that she had just turned off the heaters, but the food was still warm. She opened the door and invited us to have our fill. This is the type of customer service that I love. Thanks! My wife and I will stay at your facility the next time we are in Hudson!!!

Disliked: They took a $50 deposit on my card and I still have not gotten it returned to me when I was told it would be returned to me the day I checked out of the hotel.
