So unpleasant!

Liked: From the pictures online it looked great. But that wasn’t the case when we got there
Disliked: It wasn’t clean. Housekeeping staff did not finish the job. It smelled like smoke. Only one elevator worked. When we got to our floor there were huge piles of trash next to the trash can. When we got to our room we inspected the bed and there were hairs all over the bed long hairs and what looked like to me facial hair. I asked if we could get another room they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate. I asked if they could have someone at least change the sheets they couldn’t accommodate and said they would bring some up so I could change them. No one ever came! I booked another hotel and asked for a refund but was told I had to wait till Monday for the general manager to issue a refund!!!!!! When we got back to the lobby an hour later after waiting for sheets that never came the trash was still there it was hot and the trash was stinking up that floor.

Liked: Very convenient and clean room, good breakfast.
Disliked: Location is pretty far away from most of my business contacts; I'm used to stay in the Galleria area which is a more strategic location from my perspective

Disliked: When you arrive and they surprise you to leave 150 dollars deposit for each night plus the stay payment I couldn't stay another day the next day I moved to another hotel across the street you need notify before arriving

Liked: Loved breakfast. Super clean and comfy beds. Friendly staff and several nearby restaurants.
Disliked: Limited gluten free options for breakfast. Noisy guests (not very sound proof walls). Very small parking spaces.
