Liked: It's quiet! The setback from highway compared to many other places helps a lot. Staff are exceptional.Friendly,professional, helpful and hard working (several had to do double shifts!). The breakfast provides enough variety for several days.
Disliked: Minor issues that wifi can be slow in some places and a 2nd chair in the room would be nice.

Liked: The staff on day and night shift were very nice, greeted us with a smile. We checked in Monday night after 9 on 7/28 and I was like to give a huge thank you to guy checking us in. He made us feel very welcome and gave us great things to do while in Houston.

Liked: It was in a good location, very friendly staff, far enough off the freeway that I did not hear traffic noise
Disliked: The floor in the bathroom was sticky. Other than that everything was amazing. The front desk staff even offered restaurant recommendations to help us find dinner location.
