Fantastic!

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations! Tamyra at the Front Office was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spotless, thanks to Karla in Housekeeping. We loved the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of options. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying some shopping. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Liked: Friendly staff.Clean comfy rooms.Pool and gym + washing machines.
Disliked: Location is a bit far from everything.

Liked: Front desk employee Jacobi was awesome !
Disliked: Had to ask for bedding for sofa bed. Had to ask for more towels. Phone in room not working.

I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great service and room accomodations on quality and comfort scales! Morning buffet was fine as well. No issues.

Poor

Liked: Out of all the negatives, the room was primarily clean, bed was comfortable and cleaning staff were awesome.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact for some reason staff were not attentive, and no hospitality at all. No cable channels in the room, coffee machine was broken, and the machines in the gym weren't working. Felt like this hotel was bought out by Motel 6 but they kept the Holiday sign.
