The room was spacious, and...

Liked: The property was well kept, and I noticed the security personnel several times on the property. So I felt like my car was going to be safe in the parking lot.
Disliked: No complaints.

The staff was great but...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and courteous!
Disliked: The shower was filthy. It had other people's hair in it.Soap scrum and debris was throughout the shower. The couch had a red substance that appeared to be a blood stain on the seat of the cushion.

Liked: Every single one of the staff was very helpful. I didn’t use them but having Charging stations in the lobby is something I appreciated and will use in the future. The breakfast had a great variety. I don’t eat pork so having turkey sausage was extremely appreciated.
Disliked: The fold out couch only had a blanket and a fitted sheet, no top sheet.

Disliked: My reservation was confirmed through booking but when I was on my way to the property they called me and said they were fully booked. Horrible experience as there is no support from booking or them yo get automatically reimburse. After many attempts to get a hold of customer service that night I gave up. It was a horrible experience to go through this after a long business trip and just wanting a room to over night near the airport. It was really stressful to be stranded in the middle of the night, tired, hungry and having to worry for a reimbursement.
