Liked: How the front desk lady accommodated
Disliked: Our room was next the exit door but that first night the door kept making a terrible loud noise. Everytime someone would use it, I was woken up. The next morning I went down to the front desk and told the front desk how it kept waking me up due to the loud sound. I left for hours but the was never fixed. That evening I went back to the front desk and there was another front desk lady there, she was a big help. She apologized for the inconvenience and moved us to another room and also upgraded us to a suite. She was so helpful
