Could have been better.

Liked: Very clean and well taken care of.
Disliked: 2 cars were stolen from property the night before we checked in. There are no dollar changing machines for w/d and front desk had none. Ice machine only on 3rd floor. Very loud doors.

Disliked: Water pressure was low

Disliked: Didn't accommodate us at all, I paid for 2 queen size beds reservation, they only had 1 bed available on top of that they wouldn't lower the cost to the 1 bed price that was only available.

Very good place to stay...

Liked: We had very good space and comfortable bed, Breakfast was good!
Disliked: We have some issues with the payments, we received extra charges but at the next day they contacted booking and everything was resolved

Liked: Nice little spot and they had dove products for toiletries which felt fancy and the breakfast was good and seemed like they refilled it often!

Mad waste of time tired

Liked: I used booking to book a room it did not show paid on holiday inn side booking charged my card could not even stay there and charged me money
Disliked: Waited for an hour trying to check in and they wanted to double charge me so I went next door and got a room

Nice hotel with staffing issues.

Liked: Modern design, acceptable cleanliness, convenient location for the event we attended nearby.
Disliked: Room was not ready when I attempted to check in at 4pm. I was told the housekeeping was understaffed and I should come back and try to check in at 6pm.
