I had an amazing stay

Liked: The location and the amazing employees.
Disliked: The breakfast but it was not bad. There were not many options.

Good option when traveling from...

Liked: Close to car rental IAH. Walmart supercenter and various food options nearby. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Good working fridge. Easy access to Katy highway.
Disliked: Room was noisy. Lots of people talking all night at front desk which sounded like it was next to the bed. Hardly any water pressure in shower.

Disappointing

Disliked: They charged over $10 as the cost I booked on booking.com and they said the booking.com didn’t know about that fee. So I don’t know who was wrong, the hotel or booking.com. They always asked me for the review but I wonder who is here to check the review and working on it?

Liked: Toilet was not working, confusion with correct room.
Disliked: They gave our room to someone else, we left our things and had a time-consuming trying to get our things back and get another room
