Worst Express Holiday Inn that...

Liked: Closeness to the airport
Disliked: Poor service, lift not working and as seniors no assistance was given to take our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Coffee machine not working, reported to receptionist however nobody came to fix it. Shuttle service from the airport difficult to get hold of , waited about an hour. Offer shuttle with limited hours , had to wait 7 hours at the airport.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: The staff were really nice and the room was really clean .
Disliked: Everything was fine but when we got there the elevators weren’t working but 10 minutes later they fixed it.

Disliked: On third floor elevator broke. Pool closed. Difficult to navigate due to frontage road blocked off.
