Disliked: Upon entering the hotel, I smelled bleach or chlorine in the hotel lobby and in our room. If smell is bleach because the room is clean, that's nice that it's clean...but the smell was off putting. If the smell was chlorine from Pool??? it was over powering because i smelled it as soon as I walked into the lobbyThe employee checking us in was OK, he was not the most friendly person, didn't seem the most knowledgeable about his duties, discounts, etc. When we came back from dinner, he was sitting in the lobby at the couch on his phone and when we asked questions about something with breakfast times,. etc, he wasn't very informative or friendly. he didn't bother to get jup from his couch. If it was 24 hour service in the lobby and it was 1 am I could excuse the service but it was 8pm? at night when we came back from dinner.
