Liked: The location of the property, was Great!
Disliked: Tha pillow was dirty, the pool was alsodirty,there was a film floating on top of the water and the smell of chlorine was extremely strong.The reservations were for a party of 5,we had to go down and get sheets and a blanket for the let out couch ,but other than that it was what it was .

Disliked: The hotel was bit too far to freeway.

Liked: Specific assistance with check in to ensure my member points were applied to my account. Really appreciated.
Disliked: Laundry hours were only until 8pm, we could have used another hour or so.
