Disliked: Hotel staff are liars. They don’t care about customers at all. The only thing they care about at this property is taking your money.

Disliked: Our room was next to the storage closet and each morning the cleaning staff we in and out if the closet - very loud at 7am

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the most friendly staff who immediately made me feel genuinely welcome. I loved the authentic feel of the staff who I felt were nice because that was who they were as a people and not just employees.
Disliked: I may have missed this...but a brief guide explaining how to use the tv remote might be helpful for those whose technology skills are not intuitive.
