I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the most friendly staff who immediately made me feel genuinely welcome. I loved the authentic feel of the staff who I felt were nice because that was who they were as a people and not just employees.
Disliked: I may have missed this...but a brief guide explaining how to use the tv remote might be helpful for those whose technology skills are not intuitive.

Friendly staff, clean updated rooms,...

Liked: We came for an admitted students day at JMU and the location was perfect. The room was clean and updated with a small seating area and desk (which was just enough space). Food and shopping are all within walking distance. The staff was super friendly, even coming up to our room when I had an issue with the shower (it wasn't broken, it was just a 'unique' design).
Disliked: Parking situation, but it's really unavoidable given the location.

Liked: Clean, cozy, great window shades. Check-in clerk was awesome.
Disliked: A little pricey.
