Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hammond By IHG

Excellent place to stay! Very pleased. Wanted something close to Hard Rock Casino and it convenient and a wonderful place to stay.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable; personable and helpful people working there. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The entire hotel smelled the pool was super small. The rooms were disgusting and dirty. My toilet and my suite did not work and upon arrival it was filled with of feces me to complain. Have yet to hear from general manager

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very polite and answered all our questions and helped when possible. Breakfast was good and everything stayed stocked well.
Disliked: Switched rooms multiple times and we are not really picky people. Horrible smell in some areas feom smokers,, no shower curtain, no drain plug, no towels in room, given an uncleaned room, pool was cloudy, loud A/C, door didn't latch, sheets were ripped, lights didn't work. A lot of little stuff was wrong.

Liked: The staff was nice that’s was about it I stay here all the time when I come to town and this was the first time I was disappointed I will not be staying anymore imma find a different place to stay next time
Disliked: It’s was dirty food in fridge and the lights was out on my last day and we couldn’t see or bathe
