Very good

Liked: Kids loved the pool!! It was so busy but we enjoyed the quiet later in the evening. The breakfast was also a big hit. The cinnamon buns are the best say my kids haha. The room was very nice too!
Disliked: The pool ran out of towels, and we were freezing and had to go up to our room soaking wet. I did go to front desk but they said a lot of people brought them to their rooms so they had to collect them all to be washed. It was sucky though. Will bring our own beach towels next time.

Liked: Beautiful clean rooms. The water park area for our grandchildren was the highlight of the trip.

Worst hotel stay!

Liked: Clean, staff was friendly.
Disliked: My family and I have many of our kids birthday parties by allowing them bring 1 friend so 3 kids altogether. We came mostly for the pool. Unfornately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as there was ALOT of kids throwing footballs almost hitting my 11 year old & 2 8 year olds which made them uncomfortable. A lot of kids unsupervised and the ones that were supervised were all drunk parents not caring at all and no staff was stopping this behaviour until I called and they came to stop it a LITTLE BIT in the pool area. There was not only issues in the pool area that we did NOT get to enjoy. There was also issues with groups of kids yelling, running, hanging out in the halls. Adults partying also in the hallways WITH CAMPCHAIRS OUTSIDE THEIR ROOMS. Not only that, a group of kids pulled the fire alarm……. I also heard from another family staying here this all happened the previous night at 1AM! This is by far my worst stay at all the hotels that I’ve been to and I’m blown away that this behaviour was tolerated. My son definitely didn’t get to enjoy our stay tonight at all & we most likely will not return, Unfornately.

Liked: Very clean, staff was continuously cleaning common areas! Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was great for children!
Disliked: Breakfast was decent but more variety on hot breakfast would have been great.

Disliked: The pool water was very cloudy and it seemed to maybe need a bit more chlorine but it was a very busy weekend with a lot of kids in the pool.
