Liked: 1. I like hotel brand itself bcs of very similar services & quality level.
Disliked: 1. Poor menu of breakfast compared with other Holiday Inn in Canada. For example, no boiled egg & no apple , etc.2. Why is there no drinking water even at a restaurant all the time for guests?

Disliked: No towels in the pool ever Mouse ran through our roomWas given wrong room type 1 bed for a family of 41 staff member on with a full hotelNo selection at breakfast 2 kinds of sausage and 2 kinds of eggs for hot food.Desk next empty for long periods of time due to only 1 staff member
