Almost perfect stay along the...

Liked: Everything looked new – in great shape, clean, and orderly. It didn't have that standard dingy appearance of many pet-friendly hotels. The bed was comfortable. Staff were responsive. Convenient location and great price.
Disliked: Breakfast was unfortunately "grab and go" that morning, so no hot foods were available... But we were still pleased with the variety and cleanliness.There were a couple stray man hairs in our bathroom.

not impressed with IHG Brand

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The food was good.For a quick stay it was just right.
Disliked: Our recent hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning stopped working on our second day, which was a huge inconvenience for our family of five, especially after we had already unpacked and settled in. Having to move rooms in a newly remodeled IHG brand facility, particularly in one of your large suites, makes me question the brand's quality control. To make matters worse, we also discovered two bugs in our room, which is simply unacceptable.
