Liked: Rooms were clean and bed was amazingly comfortable. Love the soaps in bathroom.
Disliked: Our room was given away but they issued us a card to the room only to walk in on a guest laying in bed. Creepiest thing we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They had to spilt up our family of 4 into 2 rooms so we could sleep (with a late check in which was rearranged). None of the staff handled the situation appropriately and no manager was able to be contacted…ever by their own staff. We left and called for the manager ourselves later that day yet no one would answer the phone. I gave up after over an hour of attempted calls (to the number on my bill and verified it with the website as well). Nice hotel but extremely poorly ran with missing management. The security of this hotel by not taking my ID during check in, to giving our room away, to allowing us to walk in on another guest, to not having management accessible is largely negligent. I’d love someone from corporate to contact me. Thanks!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the room was absolutely immaculate
Disliked: Ajoining rooms would have been a little bit more convenient

Liked: I loved the breakfast , hotel was clean !
Disliked: The price was more than doubled because of the cheer competition. Not normally 250 dollars worth a night of a hotel stay .

Poor

Liked: The hotel room was nice & clean.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t cleaned in the morning, the breakfast wasn’t good, there was no apple juice left in the dispenser, & there was no ice .

This sucked

Disliked: The fact that Bookings.com made the wrong reservation and the hotel kept the $100 even though we paid another $140 to stay the night we had requested. Too much money spent for mediocre place. Won't stay here again and will never use Bookings.com again

It was relaxing and conveniently...

Liked: It was close to the grocery and restaurants, but no loud sounds from main road. Breakfast offered gave us plenty of choices.
