Liked: The Staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind, knowledgeable and could answer any of our questions. The bed and linens were very comfortable and luxurious. We would definitely stay again when our travels take us back to Grand Rapids.
Disliked: I honestly cannot say one negative thing.

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of different options. The pool was definitely a hit with the teens. This Holiday Inn will be first pick when we come back to visit our daughter in college next year.
Disliked: A little bummed there wasnt a hot tub.
