Liked: The pool and exercise facilities were nice. The staff very friendly and breakfast was great.
Disliked: The shower had damage to it. The refrigerator did not work and we were not informed. There were several outlets that did not work. The air conditioning system sounded like a jet taking off any time it kicked on.

Liked: Breakfast had many options. Rooms were pretty clean. Neighborhood seemed decent.
Disliked: OJ was far from good. Fold out sofa and linens were disgraceful!! Extra comforter was stained, no sheets provided, and the mattress was deplorable. Shower curtain could stand being washed. There were only 3 sets of towels provided. We had a group of 5 for two nights and had to get our own extra towels even when housekeeping was available (they said we had to go to the front desk). Hotel rules were not enforced by staff even when directly notified (Two children approximately 10 years old were left unattended in the pool. They were running, jumping, and rough housing. Nothing was done after notifying the desk.)

Unlocked doors!!!

Liked: The door would not lock!! You could open the door without the key card-just push it open. The deadbolt didn’t lock as well. Also, the bathroom door didn’t lock. Hmmmm, sounds like fishy business with the hotel.
