Helpful staff and clean rooms

Liked: We had a very bad experience at another local hotel and moved to this one. Sarah at the front desk helped us check in early so that we could get a shower and get some sleep before my husband's eye surgery. We were so happy to get settled and rested before we went to the surgery appointment. They have a decent breakfast and good coffee. The room was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work properly and the room was warm. The "cold" water from the tap was hot.

We didn't expect much due...

Liked: Easy to check in and out. Pool was nice. Room was clean.
Disliked: 1. Water was leaking outside during shower, due to short shower curtain. Which is an ongoing issue as the drywall Is swelling due to repetitive moisture. 2. Tiles are falling in the foyer and bathroom due to water from shower over the years, I assume. We just used caution, towels and made our showers quick. 3. Water wouldn't stay consistent temperature due to shower handle being loose and spinning. 4. A/C made a rattling noise all night. Just annoying. 5. A light flashes on wall all night. I assume for safety reasons? 6. TV did not have signal for awhile, then came back and eventually worked fine. We didnt leave disappointed, since we didnt really have any certain expectations. It just could have been better with more enthusiastic service and a little bit of maintenance. 6/7 out of 10. But can easily be better.

Horrible staff

Liked: I called Vic Trivedi today to follow up on the $50 refund he committed to give in the email below, he was audacious enough to say that he shoulcht have given me the refund and hung up on me.1. I gave two cards at the front for two different purposes, one card for Room and Tax and the other card was for incidentals. They charged both the card twice with different amounts. 2. I requested extra bath towels from the cleaning staff, they kept pointing fingers that I should ask the front desk. When I called the front desk, they mentioned I should ask the cleaning staff.3. When I went to the swimming pool, there were no bath towels.4. The AC noise during the night was so loud, I happened to read the same complaint about this property in TripAdvisor as well.5. I saw the potatoes were empty at the breakfast buffet at 821am yesterday and asked the staff if there is a refill, they mentioned the refill isn'? available until Wednesday. Never step into this property ever!
