Overcharged

Liked: Serving breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: They overcharge me for pillows we didn't steal. There were only 4 pillows in the room and they said there's suppose to be 6 pillows. I tried talking to the manager, she listened to me and than put me on hold forever. I tried calling back but nobody would answer the phone. Bad manager for such good place. She should at least resolved the situation She should be fired. I wouldn't stay there again.
