Hotel is poorly operated and...

Liked: The hotel was relatively new. It was close to a Wegmans store.
Disliked: There was dried blood left on the sheets from a previous occupant. We asked to have the room cleaned and bed changed, but were told cleaning staff had left for the day. The manager said she didn't know how to makeup a bed. She gave me clean sheets and I had to change them myself. I emailed management and their response was unacceptable. They offered no compensation for our disgusting experience.

Liked: very small not much spaces in the room, breakfast timing is till 10 but you wont find things at 9 so be careful

Liked: Beds and pillows very comfortable, nice amenities- pool, sauna outdoor lounge are with gas Fire pit, close to Seneca lake wineries.
