One mis step, still very...

Liked: Girl at desk was pleasant and did her best to resolve our issue. We were offered to comp our room but we aren't the type to accept some free ride.It was still a short but pleasant stay.
Disliked: We were booked into a single king room when our reservation was 2 Queen, they did there best to correct but they said they were sold out otherwise.

Disliked: No blankets were provided for the folded out couch, there should have been some stuffed inside cupboard, with sheets

Liked: Was not attended and properly stocked.
Disliked: Parking lot was not plowed from snow fall.. very difficult to park .. other business had lots plowed and snow removed. Cleaning cart left out in the hall the morning, noon and night .. never stored in a closet .. hospitality placing their ease and comfort before that of guests.
