Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: Room was very dirty. Toilet was filthy and had not been cleaned. Tub had a ring of scum in it and had not been cleaned. Carpet had not been vacuumed and there was crushed cereal on the floor. There was no soap of any kind in the room. Front desk said they would send someone and never did. Manager sent someone to clean the bathroom but it was cleaner but still wasn’t clean when we returned from dinner. Tub hadn’t been touched. Toilet was still dirty. Attempted to see the manager the next morning at check out but when she saw me returning to the front desk she went in her office and shut the door. The girl working the desk said we would have to wait as the manager couldn’t be disturbed.

Liked: I could not use the bed as it was so high I couldn’t get up on it. So I had to sleep on the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable. I also had to make it up. They just brought me the sheets and blankets.
Disliked: I don’t understand why the beds are so high if you are not tall you have to crawl up on it. I am an older person with bad knees. I couldn’t get on it.
