Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. We were unable to stay in the room we booked, I thinkbthey gave the rooms away. Not a good start
Disliked: We booked two suites with two queen beds. All they had left was two suites with kings which we had to make work. If you book a room it should be available

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Members of my party, which we were on a trip to bury our father, experienced a foul sewer smell in their room, coming from bathroom. They alerted front desk and asked to change rooms, but were told all rooms were booked and offers a half used can of Febreze. I mentioned to front desk next day and they said management team would reach out, well guess what…NOTHING. We should have had the room comp’d for that night and at least had a follow up call from management. The front desk staff seemed inept.
